Will the Sox Get Mauer?

The Yanks and Sox are going to duke it out not only on the field but in the Free Agent market again this off season. The Sox and Yanks are both in need of a catcher with two catchers that are near ancient. Mauer is the coming off his final year in his contract in Minnesota and is arguably the best catcher in baseball. In these scenarios the Yanks usually win and will likely win this one... Unless Mauer has more than baseball on his mind and doesn't want to play for the evil empire. Don't count out the Twins in all of this as they are going to make this even more interesting.
